The Desktop and Mobile Technology Support Technician provides support for our Agency desktops, laptops, mobile computing devices, audio/visual equipment, and other employee facing technologies. The Desktop and Mobile Computing Support Technician must possess established and demonstrated knowledge of personal computing technologies, the ability to troubleshoot quickly, and most importantly, a superb level of customer service.

Requirements

  • Maintaining the hardware, software, and software images (including software versions) of all offices and mobile technology
  • Provide top level administration of all technologies used by employees
  • Provide rapid and effective incident resolution for critical employees working in multiple offices and in the field
  • Provide support for Audio Visual systems
  • Provide front line client-side network incident resolution
  • Service Desk Incident and Request ticket management, with focus on rapid resolution
  • Creating and maintaining all the technical, and end-user, technology documentation
  • Provide employee technology training as needed
  • Provide initial technology assistance and training to new employees on their start date
