Universal Services is a privately owned corporation that began operation in 1998.
Universal Services is headquartered in Woodbury, MN with our North facility in Fridley, MN. We currently install over 3000 job sites per year consisting of partnerships with Fortune 100 companies down to small private entities.
All aspects of your job starting with project management, design, engineering, formulating the estimate through the final as-built and site restoration will be handled by our experienced professionals. We are a rapidly growing business with the ability to cover the entire state of Minnesota, as well as Wisconsin, Iowa, North and South Dakota.

The Woodbury, MN Location
After years in the industry, the founder and CEO identified a need for quality directional drilling services within the Twin Cities region. In 1998 Universal Services was created.
Since its inception, Universal Services has gone through extensive growth cycles. We began with one bucket truck, a drill, and a two man team. Over the past 17 years we have moved facilities multiple times to support our rapid growth.
In the recent past, we have doubled our company size every year for the last 4 years. We are very proud to state that we currently employ 100+ team members and operate 160+ pieces of equipment.
Our services have diversified over the years to ensure that our customers have the availability to receive multiple services while dealing with one primary service provider.
The Fridley, MN Location
Due to extensive growth over the last few years, in 2015, Universal Services added a second location to our operation.
This facility currently houses 5 drill crews along with half of our concrete/ asphalt/restoration crews. We are located on 2.5 acres of land with 30,000 square feet of covered garage space.
We can handle every aspect of your project, from planning to construction and restoration.
